Requirements

5+ years of product management expertise with a proven track record in cloud security, data security and governance.
Solid foundation in security and governance areas such as Ransomware, Insider Threats, Compliance, IAM Governance and Content Life Cycle management.
1 to 2 years of building AI enabled security and shipping at scale
Experience building conversational tools and chatbots
Leadership and people management experience
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
Experience successfully partnering with Data Science teams
Passion for directly engaging with customers—from requirements gathering to demos and sales support
Experience working and guiding product and engineering teams distributed globally
Direct experience building enterprise SaaS solutions for technical users & buyers
Technical expertise - ideally with previous software engineering experience.
Ability to travel to headquarters for 1 week per quarter as agreed upon with the Manager, if not located in the SF Bay area.

Develop groundbreaking solutions for automated, AI enabled security and comprehensive security for AI, copilots and agents.
Partner with leadership, customers and prospects to identify opportunities where AI can scale, automate, and expedite security, compliance and governance tasks.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX, Engineering and cross-functional teams and deliver with quick time-to-market solutions
Define and track key business metrics that demonstrate the business impact
Conduct hands-on market research to validate requirements and ensure we're building solutions that address real customer needs and market opportunities
