About the Team The Orion Product team is recruiting a Product Leader to help power a modernization journey centered on transforming the way we manage operational risk for the credit card business. This leader will direct the build of innovative and patentable products using leading edge technology, including AI, that will ensure we manage business innovation at the heart of our business in a responsible and well managed fashion. This Product Leader must have some experience building products and/or platforms from the ground up and leading teams through technology transformation. Qualified candidates will have an established record of thought and people leadership. They will have demonstrated their ability to identify and unlock areas of leverage, create stakeholder buy-in and alignment on a shared agenda, and creatively problem solve through impediments to progress. Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
