About The Position

This associate will spend significant time conceptualizing, planning and leading the development of Penske’s marketing strategies, messaging and experiences in all channels - specifically across Lease and Maintenance Contract Sales, Logistics Services, Commercial Rental, and Remarketing (Used Trucks Sales) teams. They will have a deep understanding of our customers, target audience, marketing channels, industry trends, the marketplace landscape and Penske’s value propositions across the enterprise. This role will focus on the development of strategic marketing activities, overall sales/marketing alignment and the implementation of omni-channel marketing campaigns including sales enablement, web sites, social media, digital advertising, email, events, content development, lead generation, and more. This role will enable us to take Penske's brand and marketing efforts to the next level and therefore increase awareness, buyer engagement and consideration across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy, execution and planning across product line offerings.
  • Advocate for and inspire benefit-focused marketing and storytelling in promoting our brand to customers and decision makers.
  • Partner with product line leadership, Marketing, and external stakeholders—including customers, industry associations, and key business partners—to execute the strategy and build effective channels that deliver brand experience and messaging to customers and prospects.
  • Provide leadership, direction and oversight of a team whose primary responsibility is the execution of Penske's product line marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned.
