Leads the development and management of strategic print and digital partnerships at local, national, and international levels, including the Digital Library, e-commerce, external alliances, CLP, and Corrections, state government, and other partners. Identifies, negotiates, and maintains relationships with media, publishing, and digital distribution partners to expand reach and drive engagement. Coordinates partnership strategies, including content placement, pricing structures, budget oversight, and promotional initiatives across print and digital channels. Develops and executes integrated partnership campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize visibility and performance. Provides leadership to managers and/or senior professional staff and has accountability for the performance and results of multiple diverse teams; delivers results through effective management and ensures operational and functional goals are achieved. Contributes to the strategic direction of the function by shaping partnership frameworks and growth initiatives.
