Responsibilities Lead and co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources, and provide guidance to others. Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work and make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems. Operate independently in ambiguous situations, develop new options guided by policies, and receive instruction on unusual or complex problems. Review your own work, seek directional review from others, and mentor colleagues by reviewing their work. Support business growth strategies, benchmark market access of competitors’ products, and ensure Pfizer products' inclusion in hospital formularies by understanding healthcare/reimbursement policy. In addition to the core responsibilities outlined for the Pricing Dynamics Director, the following key tasks and expectations are integral to this secondment: Risk Assessment: Lead ongoing work to assess risk for PCRs from OECD26 countries and potential global reference pricing risk. This will require close collaboration within GAV and US Finance. Supplemental Medicaid Rebate Reporting: Take ownership of the significant annual reporting burden on international net prices to support supplemental Medicaid rebate calculations. Transform a manual process in collaboration with Digital to fully document and automate the process in an audit-ready format. Proactive Engagement with International Markets: Support data requests for proactive engagement with countries to analyze pricing impacts. Analyze Financial data to assess and understand Gross-to-Net and support business cases. Pricing Coordination for Newly Launched Products: Facilitate pricing coordination between the US and ex-US for newly launched products, updating templates, and support analytics

Requirements

  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of external stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience minimum required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Finance background a plus.
  • Effective collaboration with teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in market access, pricing, and reimbursement.
  • Strong understanding of the international pharmaceutical market, including products and the dynamics of the "in and off" patent market.
  • Familiarity with US market dynamics a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, formulas, and working with large data files.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
