WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE In this role, you will: Collaborate with the continuous improvement team to enhance and monitor operational excellence. Partner with engineers to learn and implement techniques for improving packaging equipment reliability and efficiency. Propose and implement improvements in site process technology focusing on quality, cost, and capacity optimization. Lead, support, and coach data analysis using appropriate Operational Excellence (OpEx) tools. Conduct shared investigations with technical, compliance, and operations process team members. Integrate Good Manufacturing Practices (GxP) and regulatory compliance into all project scopes, designs, and construction work. Identify, analyze, prioritize, and execute business solutions, performing root cause analysis to eliminate repeat issues. Support Quality and Safety investigations by coaching on Six Sigma methodologies and conducting safety inspections.

Requirements

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a master's degree with more than 1 year of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of Process Monitoring systems, including knowledge of PLC/computer systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with site colleagues through the change process.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication capabilities.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to organize data and plan for the future.
  • Experience in fostering a Continuous Improvement Culture.
