The Director, Practice Success leads a team of Success Managers to drive measurable growth, member retention, and operational excellence across the region. This role develops and empowers the team to serve as strategic consultants and coaches, ensuring affiliates adopt best practices, achieve membership and revenue goals, and deliver exceptional member experiences. The Director sets priorities, defines regional strategies, and leverages data-driven insights to influence outcomes and accelerate Annual Contract Value (ACV). The Director builds a high-performing team by establishing clear goals, metrics, and tactics, providing training and development, and holding direct reports accountable for delivering incremental revenue and practice success.
