Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of five years administrative experience, including three years of experience in a healthcare organization.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Graduate degree in healthcare or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Director of Physician Practice Management is responsible for directing administrative and clinical services for multiple physician practice offices.
• Establishes standards for all physician practice locations and monitors the quality of patient care, ensuring compliance to Northside Hospital policies.
• Responsible for short and long range planning and implementation of the strategic direction for the practices.
• Responsible for the overall operations of all physician practices ensuring operation is in accordance to established standards.
• Develops budgets, policies and procedures to support the physician practices infrastructure.
