This person should be highly organized, emotionally intelligent and skilled in facilitating collaboration across leaders, as they will work directly with the Bank Marketing leadership team to drive strategic planning efforts, keep a pulse on healthy morale and engagement, and ensure key business priorities are successfully executed. The ideal candidate can connect the dots between good process and great results, effectively influence others to achieve organizational goals, and facilitate a vocal leadership team toward purposeful outcomes.
