SKIMS is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead the global paid media strategy across paid social, paid search, display, affiliate, audio, TV, and OOH, with a primary focus on scaling digital performance investment. This role will own budget allocation and channel strategy to maximize ROI, while building a rigorous testing and optimization framework to drive measurable growth. Partnering closely with Creative, Merchandising, Site, and Data & Analytics teams, this leader will strengthen measurement and attribution practices, improve funnel efficiency, and deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations tied directly to business outcomes.
