Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals to support organizational growth and change initiatives. Provide expert guidance to business leaders on human resources matters, ensuring consistent application of HR practices and compliance with regulations. Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local laws, conducting audits and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
