The Director, People & Organizational Development, will design and deliver strategies to develop and retain a high-performing workforce and purpose-led culture. This role will translate organizational priorities into actionable talent and culture initiatives that support business goals through thoughtful talent management practices and the fostering of a meaningful workplace culture. Partnering closely with business leaders and Global People Team colleagues, this role will develop and scale training and development programs, strengthen talent pipelines, enhance employee experience and retention, and foster an inclusive workplace. The Director will enhance the employee experience through strong alignment with company Values and Purpose and will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent that drives organizational performance.
