As part of this transformation and Mastercard’s broader Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) strategy, the Attract & Onboard Product domain plays a critical role in ensuring a modern, state-of-the-art talent attraction, recruiting, and onboarding experience - for applicants, recruiters, and hiring managers. We are hiring for a directorlevel Product Manager to lead our end-to-end talent attraction and recruiting product strategy and delivery, ensuring all relevant teams and systems are effectively integrated into Mastercard’s P&C ecosystem. This leader will define the future state model for how GTA leverages technology and advanced automations to meet our hiring goals and attract and onboard the best talent!
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading tech-centric talent attraction & recruiting solutioning efforts, including integration, technology harmonization, process consolidation, and data strategy.
- Advanced professional experience in HR Technology, HR Product Management, or HRIS with a strong track record of driving complex, crossfunctional initiatives focused on Talent Acquisition in highly competitive environments.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition, HR operating models, and Workday or similar HR platforms.
- Broad familiarity with common TA tools and enterprise platforms (e.g., CRMs, Interview Assessment Platforms, Schedluing Tools etc.), including AI-enabled solutions.
- Proficiency in product management frameworks, agile delivery, and tools like Jira.
- Experience designing scalable solutions across lowcode platforms, integration layers, and enterprise HRIS.
- Strong project management expertise, able to lead cross-functional teams and identify and manage dependencies, risks and issues.
- Exceptional ability to translate strategic GTA objectives into actionable product direction.
- Strong executive communication and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and organizational change.
- A high degree of curiosity and strong partnership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the endtoend talent attraction & recruiting product strategy - one that connects seamlessly to onboarding.
- Define the roadmap and governance model for talent attraction & recruiting innovation and implementation, ensuring global scalability and crossplatform alignment.
- Reconcile and translate GTA strategy and business requirements into clear product vision, user journeys, and scalable design patterns.
- Establish success metrics for tech enabled GTA outcomes (e.g., Time to Fill, Time to Hire etc.).
- Lead the design and delivery of talent attraction & recruiting solutions in close partnership with TA Delivery, TA Operations, and TA Leadership.
- Understand the talent attraction and recruiting technology landscape, assess product options, and recognize potential complexities (e.g. approvals, risks, data quality etc.)
- Develop reusable talent attraction & recruiting product components, templates, and workflows to accelerate future product and/or feature innovations.
- Partner with P&C Engineering to deliver any talent attraction & recruiting related integrations, data conversion and/or code-based technical solutions
- Ensure alignment between Workday and broader HR tech stack during integration planning and execution.
- Collaborate with GTA, Product, Engineering, HR COEs, and thirdparty partners to drive accountability, manage dependencies, and guide integration decisions.
- Influence executive stakeholders and crossfunctional leaders on technology, approval, and process implications.
- Represent P&C Product in talent attraction & recruiting forums and readiness reviews.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Product Analysts to enhance the overall product discipline, as well as strengthen capabilities in talent attraction, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Champion outsidein thinking by bringing market insights and GTA best practices into product strategy.
