The People Business Partner is a strategic advisor and change catalyst who partners with business leaders to elevate leadership capability, unlock talent potential, and accelerate organizational performance. This role is instrumental in shaping high-performing, game-changing teams that thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment. Serving as a consultative partner to leaders, this role aligns people strategies with business priorities to drive transformation, foster inclusion, and enhance engagement across the team member lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with practical execution, bringing strong coaching skills, facilitation expertise, and a deep understanding of how to scale culture and capability as the business grows.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable people initiatives that enhance team performance and fuel business growth.
  • Lead change and transformation initiatives as a trusted coach and implementation advisor.
  • Design and facilitate engaging developmental workshops that build managerial capability and raise the bar for people leadership.
  • Drive workforce and capacity planning to ensure the right structure, roles, and talent are in place for rapid growth.
  • Deliver organization design support to improve agility, collaboration, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Talent team to attract, onboard, and develop top talent aligned to the company’s mission and growth trajectory.
  • Use people analytics to identify trends, mitigate risk, and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with People Operations to optimize systems, self-service tools, and processes that empower leaders and team members.
  • Lead and support Great Place To Work and employee engagement efforts, ensuring continuous improvement in culture, retention, and impact.
