About The Position

Are you a strategic change leader who thrives on turning complex operations into streamlined, high-performing systems? The Director, Organizational Optimization reports directly to the VP, Organizational Strategy & Projects, and is responsible for leading and supporting strategic change management and business optimization initiatives across CapMetro. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive experience in business intelligence, operational analytics, process improvement, solution development, and change management. The Organizational Optimization team will manage a portfolio of diverse and cross-functional initiatives and drive CapMetro’s success by ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic objectives. CapMetro is Austin's regional public transportation provider. We've been around since 1985 and work every day to give residents, commuters, and visitors the best possible transit options available to match their busy everyday lives. We're always on the move, connecting people with jobs, schools, restaurants, shops, festivals, and other great places to hang out. In fact, we have more than 31 million boardings each year.
