Requirements

  • Senior Leader : Minimum 10 years of recent Senior Leadership experience with health systems in large-scale implementations, transformations, and day-to-day operations
  • Operator experience : Minimum 5-7 years as VP or Director of Data & Analytics for a multi-billion-dollar organization. Ideally, the candidate has Healthcare knowledge with prior experience in running IT operations for a large health system with leadership roles focused on data engineering, analytics, interoperability, AI & Insights serving as the bridge between IT & Operations
  • Track Performance : Track performance of the team providing Application maintenance support by adhering to the required Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Global Team : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage large teams onshore, offshore, and nearshore
  • Executive Presence : Strong executive presence with regular engagement with multiple levels of leadership including, VPs, Managers, Directors, project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalations.
  • Growth : Experience in supporting growth for new acquisitions and entities with extensive experience in implementation and rollout strategies
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • This role is mostly remote
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; and healthcare equivalent experience or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in modernizing large-scale data and analytics programs that promote an insight driven organization leveraging cloud & AI/ML technologies
  • Experience running day-to-day operations, maintenance and ongoing enhancements of data platforms and applications as well as managing and governing the underlying data leveraging standardized, automated and AI enabled capabilities
  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare technology ecosystem including the core EMR and third-party applications with solutions that span the API lifecycle from strategy, identification, design, implement, secure, deploy and operate.   • Direct Knowledge of business areas (e.g., Clinical and Revenue Cycle) with background in healthcare operations including outpatient, inpatient, and ancillary areas

  • Ability to rollout engagement specific project delivery processes
  • Understanding of application interfacing with other modules/applications
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities with strong Written and Communication Skills
