Under the Direction of the Assistant VP, Ambulatory Services, responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the operations of the Totowa Health Campus & SJH Urgent Care practices. Works collaboratively with the Department Chairs and Chiefs, physicians, other clinicians and various department directors, and practice managers to develop and implement strategic plans focused on the growth and development of the Totowa Health Campus clinical programs. Ensures partnership across all services provided on the campus, community outreach and daily oversight of operations. Accountable for the operational performance, (service, quality, financial) of the Totowa Health Campus and fostering an environment of positive physician, patient and employee relations.
