Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required
At least 8-10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, or a related field required
At least 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within a hospital or healthcare system required
Strong analytical skills for evaluating operational data and identifying improvements.
Proficiency in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives in complex healthcare settings.
In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements strategies to improve alignment of operations across departments and service lines.
Collaborates with leadership to establish goals and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and consistency.
Monitors performance metrics and operational data to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversees cross-functional projects to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and service delivery.
Promotes a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in operational alignment.
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards across departments.
Leads and mentors a team focused on operational alignment, providing guidance and support to foster development and high performance.
Develops and manages budgets for operational initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Prepares and presents reports to executive leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities in operational alignment.
