Oversees social media, Email Marketing, Digital Content, and Marketing Operations and Analytics, while managing the technology stack and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally, 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity.

  • Expertise in omnichannel strategy, marketing automation, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, SEM and content marketing best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals across digital, content, marketing operations and analytics functions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, digital content and digital advertising.
  • Drive engagement and conversion through innovative campaigns, automation, and personalized experiences.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage marketing technology platforms (Marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, etc.) to enable efficient campaign execution.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of compelling digital content that supports brand storytelling and demand generation.
  • Leads development and execution of the AI and automation roadmap across the department.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to ensure system integration and data integrity.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Use data and insights to refine strategies, improve targeting, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Leadership, eCommerce, Customer Experience and Analytics, and IT teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Own key department processes, including functional budget management.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to maintain brand standards and optimize content for each channel.
