About The Position

Asbury Normandie Ridge is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Full-Time LPN to assume the position of Director of Wellness. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, valid nursing license in the state of Pennsylvania
Current LPN license in good standing
Current CPR certification
Experience with Alzheimer's disease and other memory impairments

Nice To Haves

A minimum of three to five years working in geriatric, long-term or home care nursing
Knowledge of the retirement housing industry

Responsibilities

Plan, assign and direct the workflow for our Wellness Manager, staff and volunteers. Provide training, review procedures and provide input for performance evaluations.
Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled.
Complete an initial pre-screening of all residents to determine the appropriate level of care and specific needs. Conduct meet and greet sessions with all new residents. Develop, implement and update DME and RASP documents per state regulations. Continuously monitor and assess the condition of all residents.
Oversee and maintain stringent medication management protocols to ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance.
Effectively communicate with health care providers, community agencies and families. Work to develop and maintain appropriate professional relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.
