You will be responsible for humanizing the brand through high-fidelity storytelling (testimonials and interviews) while maintaining a strict focus on measurable Lead Generation and Channel Growth.

Requirements

  • Narrative & Interviewing Psychological Interviewing: Mastery of the "Peel the Onion" technique to extract authentic, emotional soundbites from non-actors.
  • Hook Crafting: Expert-level mastery of the first 15 seconds of a video to "open a loop" that retains B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Visual Continuity: A sharp eye for brand aesthetics, ensuring all content—from office tours to testimonials—maintains a high-end documentary feel.
  • Data & Attribution Funnel Architecture: Deep understanding of the viewer journey from Awareness (Shorts/Browse) to Consideration (Long-form) to Conversion (Lead Form).
  • Advanced Analytics: Ability to navigate GA4 Exploration Reports to identify and report on "Assisted Conversions" from YouTube traffic.
  • SEO & Intent Mapping: Knowledge of ranking strategies for "Comparison" and "Solution" keywords in both YouTube and Google Video Search.
  • Technical Stack (2026 Standards) AI Efficiency: Proficiency in AI-driven workflows, including transcript-to-script, AI voice-cleanup (Enhance Speech), and generative B-roll tools.
  • Platform Mastery: Expertise in YouTube Studio’s "Research" tab to analyze audience behavior outside of our specific channel.
  • CRM Integration: Experience tagging leads in HubSpot, Salesforce , or similar platforms to prove direct ROI.

  • Proven track record of growing a brand-focused YouTube channel.
  • Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity storytelling and measurable growth results.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Production: Script, storyboard, and direct "Human-Centric" content. You will own the interview process, turning dry technical interviews into narratives that capture the "Browse" algorithm.
  • The Conversion Engine: Design and implement YouTube-specific funnels, including pinned comments, custom "Link in Bio" destinations, and tailored CTAs within the first 20% of every video.
  • Advanced Retention Editing: Manage a team of internal/external editors to ensure "Pacing for Retention." You are the final sign-off on whether content is "boring" or "bingeable."
  • Growth Experiments: Run sophisticated A/B tests on thumbnails and titles using 2026-standard tools (e.g., YouTube’s "Test & Compare" and AI heatmapping).
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Sync with Sales to identify "closing" stories (testimonials) and with HR to identify "hiring" stories (employee spotlights).
