Reporting to the Global VP of Marketing, you’ll be a key strategic partner for our US growth engine. You won’t just execute plans; you’ll be a key strategic partner, leading a high-performing team to build deep brand equity and community engagement. Base salary range for this role: $200,000-$225,000. Please note this role is a remote position- however we would require travel to any big events within the US (roughly once per month)

Requirements

  • Strong prior experience within Marketing Leadership: You’ll need to act as a key strategic partner for our US Marketing (and wider GTM) growth and strategy, owning the budget and decision-making.
  • Tech sector Experience: Ideally you've experienced a scaling marketing function within a similar internet marketplace business model, or an SMB focussed Tech or SaaS business.
  • US Market Mastery: You can demonstrate a deep, intuitive understanding of the US consumer landscape, cultural trends, and how to adapt global strategies for local resonance.
  • Data-Driven Vision: Proven expertise in using analytics to guide strategy, optimize media spend, and drive performance marketing outcomes.
  • Collaborative Influence: The ability to inspire senior leadership and cross-functional global teams, acting as a bridge between local needs and global goals.
  • Agility & Ambition: A results-oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity and can pivot strategies quickly as the market evolves.
