Position is full time and primary focus will be in the New York City area. Pay range for the opportunity $140,000 - $205,00. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with local and regional labor unions and union-affiliated entities. Serve as the primary point of contact for union leadership, representatives and key stakeholders. Monitor union priorities, workforce trends, and labor market dynamics to identify opportunities for collaboration. Meets all assigned revenue goals monthly Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities involving union partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure union member needs are met, including communicating progress in treatment, continuing care plans, and care recommendations. Develop and execute a union-focused business development strategy aligned with organizational growth goals. Provides documentation in Sales Force and prepares all necessary reports. Analyze market trends, labor policy developments, and competitive positions affecting union partnerships. Schedules, oversees and coordinates professional referent visitors to Caron facilities. Education / Experience Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of direct business development experience required. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Unions, understanding the intricacies of Union health plans, and a proven track record of successful relationships with Unions. Clinical knowledge and understanding of 12-Step program required. If in recovery, 2 years of continuous sobriety preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proven success in direct personal selling, Union relationship management and new Union business prospecting. Willingness to travel. Demonstrated public speaking skills. Proven ability to work without close supervision. Proficiency in reporting and marketing planning a must. Proficiency in computer skills and major programs such as Salesforce, Microsoft Suite.
