INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Treasury to lead enterprise-wide treasury operations. This strategic role is responsible for managing liquidity, financial risk, capital structure, and banking relationships to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to support long-term growth, capital planning, and operational excellence. This individual will serve as the senior liaison to the financial operations of the assigned hospital(s) and/or enterprise(s). INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Requirements

  • Knowledgeable of current national healthcare policies and trends in political environment
  • Knowledge of leadership, management, and performance improvement concepts
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related field with Masters degree in business, health care administration, accounting, finance or related field or MBA with 7 years of experience

Nice To Haves

  • CPA, CTP or MBA preferred
  • 10 years experience in area of significant responsibility or hospital system
  • Executive leadership experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Directs enterprise-wide treasury operations to ensure liquidity, financial risk management, and alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Provides strategic leadership and collaboration across financial, clinical, and operational departments to optimize cash flow and support long-term financial sustainability
  • Selects, mentors, and develops treasury leaders and staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective workforce management
  • Leads the development and execution of strategic treasury plans, including capital structure, investment strategies, and debt management, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Partners with senior leadership and corporate management to define financial objectives, contribute to strategic initiatives, and align treasury operations with organizational priorities
  • Oversees liquidity forecasting, cash flow modeling, and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial targets
  • Analyzes and communicates variances in cash flow and treasury performance, recommending and implementing corrective measures to maintain compliance and achieve goals
  • Represents treasury in executive decision-making forums, providing insights on financial impact and risk mitigation strategies to the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls, proactively addressing deviations and maintaining audit readiness
  • Monitors external and internal financial environments to identify emerging risks and opportunities, advising leadership on proactive responses to market and legislative changes
  • Prepares executive summaries and strategic reports on treasury initiatives and financial impacts for presentation to senior leadership and governing bodies
  • Identifies and recommends new business opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance treasury operations and support organizational growth
  • Champions strategic treasury initiatives aimed at improving financial performance and operation efficiency of INTEGRIS’ cash management operations; achieved through close partnerships with critical partnering functions including, but not limited to, Revenue Cycle, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Payroll, IT, and Finance
  • Director of Treasury reports to assigned leader.
