The Director of Transient Sales is a dynamic and results-oriented leader responsible for overseeing all leisure sales initiatives for an ultra-luxury property. You'll be instrumental in driving revenue by developing and executing strategic sales plans to attract and retain high-net-worth leisure clients, travel advisors, and luxury travel consortia. This role demands a passion for exceptional service, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships with industry partners, and representing the resort at various industry events.
