The Director of Training and Compliance is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and oversight of all training and regulatory compliance programs across the organization. This role ensures that employees—from operators to supervisors—are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and certifications necessary to perform their duties safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with company policies and transportation industry regulations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in instructional design, regulatory compliance (DOT, FTA, OSHA), and workforce development in a transportation or logistics environment.
