Gymreapers is building a world-class digital training ecosystem — subscription workouts, training apps, specialized 8–12 week programs, and premium ebooks that mirror the quality of our gear and community. We are looking for a Director of Training Products to build and lead Gymreapers programming from the ground up. This is a hybrid role combining: Product leadership Training methodology Content strategy Team building Digital subscription + eCommerce knowledge You will own the vision, creation, launch, and scaling of all Gymreapers training products. This includes daily programming, long-form training cycles, ebooks, coaching integrations, and digital platform development.
