WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE This leadership role in Training and Development will lead all training and development initiatives, from design to implementation, ongoing materials support, updates, and modification as needed, while reinforcing True Food Kitchen's core values and brand mission. They will play a significant role at all new restaurant openings across the nation, will drive the creation and collaborate on authoring all content, will own all training from hourly to MITs and will drive a strong culture of learning and engagement. They will be a thought partner to the SVP of Operations and will combine efforts to ensure True Food standards are met through a strong training curriculum. Our ideal candidate has a solid, successful leadership track record, is high-energy, self-motivated, positive, service-oriented, flexible, and creative with a high degree of integrity.
