POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Ticketing is responsible for all aspects of Steamboat Resort’s onsite ticketing sales and service. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, the position leads a team of flex and seasonal staff, including a large group of part-time personnel within the ski season to create a seamless ticketing experience for all guests. Working with a wide range of internal colleagues and external partners, Ticketing Department provides exceptional guest experience with friendly, efficient and accurate information while selling Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp. (SSRC) and Alterra Mountain Company products including lift access, season passes, and ancillary products. Use of computer hardware and enterprise software systems is used for reporting, scheduling, protecting customer data, and sales.
