About The Position

Oversee Loon Mountain Resort's plumbing/gas/HVAC duties at Resort and Team Member housing units. Keep current with appropriate regulations and licenses. Work closely with Resort Team Members on work orders, maintenance, and installations. Job sharing duties in this position or other departments as required.

Requirements

• Current licenses, certificates, and 2-5 years’ experience.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of this job.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain all heating/cooling systems on site and team member housing units.
• Install and maintain Loon’s plumbing infrastructure on and off property.
• Responsible for AST and UST compliance.
• Maintain plumbing and heating and cooling inventory.
• Ability to read building plans and handle drawings for installations.
• Responsible for maintaining public water systems.
• Job sharing duties in this position or other departments as required.
