About The Position

Overview Oversee Loon Mountain Resort's plumbing/gas/HVAC duties at Resort and Team Member housing units. Keep current with appropriate regulations and licenses. Work closely with Resort Team Members on work orders, maintenance, and installations. Job sharing duties in this position or other departments as required. Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned. Install and maintain all heating/cooling systems on site and team member housing units. Install and maintain Loon's plumbing infrastructure on and off property. Responsible for AST and UST compliance. Maintain plumbing and heating and cooling inventory. Ability to read building plans and handle drawings for installations. Responsible for maintaining public water systems. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
