Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Marketing and Communications, the Director of Ticket Sales and Operations oversees all aspects of ticket sales, including group, suite, individual, and season tickets. This role focuses on achieving sales goals, managing renewal and new sales initiatives-especially for Basketball-and driving individual game sales through outreach, promotions, and special offers. The Director also assists with game-day activities related to sales, such as clinics, receptions, and special events, and ensures compliance with University policies. All staff members are responsible for the policy, procedures, and guidelines of Hofstra University and the job requirements specific to the assignments inherent to athletic administration. This position requires working weekends and holidays and attending athletic events as appropriate.
