We are seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to spearhead our Talent Management and Development function. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive strategy to cultivate, develop, and retain top talent across Flex. Your mandate will be broad, covering everything from evolving our onboarding experience and implementing manager training to building robust leadership programs. You will act as a key partner to the business, using data to identify needs, measure program ROI, and ensure we are building the capabilities required for our future growth. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of at least 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.
