Job Summary: Serve as a Director of People and Talent Operations which includes leadership of the Human Resources and Talent Development ministries. Lead the ministry into growth in quality and effectiveness in its areas of mission, and in relevant objectives in the Strategic Plan. The Director of People and Talent Operations will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) ministry and Talent Development ministry, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
