We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition, Tech Recruiting to lead and evolve our technology recruiting function at ID.me. This is a highly visible and strategic role responsible for building and executing data-informed recruiting strategies that attract exceptional engineering and technical talent to our mission-driven organization. As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll partner closely with senior technology leaders and cross-functional partners to analyze hiring funnel performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive solutions that increase efficiency, quality of hire, and recruiter productivity. You'll inspire and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
