About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Teaching and Learning. The Director is a visionary leader who is knowledgeable of best practices related to teaching and learning for grades PK-12 The Director must be focused on student learning; understand the change process; able to promote and sustain quality curriculum and programs centered on student achievement and teacher development; a team player able to develop meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders; able to motivate, delegate, build consensus and positively influence the professional growth of others.

Requirements

• A minimum of masters or specialist degree in educational administration or the accepted equivalent is required.
• Nebraska Administrative Certificate Endorsement required.
• Minimum five years as teacher is required

Nice To Haves

• A doctoral degree from an approved institution with a major in educational administration.
• administrative experience preferred
