As a Director of Supply Chain Operations, Material Protection, you will play a pivotal role in aligning Business Unit (BU) strategy with Integrated Operations to drive performance across demand, supply, cost, inventory and resilience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain/Logistics (or relevant subject, ie Finance with required experience would be considered)
  • 10+ years of cross‑functional Supply Chain and/or business experience.
  • Highly experienced in navigating complex planning environments.
  • Strong analytical, scenario‑planning and decision‑making skills with the ability to drive fact‑based strategies.
  • Deep SIOP/IBP expertise across demand, supply and inventory planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability—able to influence, align stakeholders, build trust and elevate organizational performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate high‑impact, cross‑functional decision forums.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the SIOP process across Demand and Executive cycles—ensuring decisions are data‑driven, timely and aligned across Commercial, Finance and Integrated Operations.
  • Own end‑to-end BU supply chain performance, balancing service, cost, inventory and resilience while anticipating risks and proactively addressing constraints.
  • Build a unified revenue, supply and inventory plan by BU, reconciling customer needs, stocking strategies and inventory targets to meet business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement across demand planning quality, forecast accuracy, inventory health and overall supply chain decision‑making.
  • Ensure customer segmentation and differentiated service models are embedded into all planning and operational decisions.
  • Represent the BU in enterprise SIOP and cross‑functional forums, ensuring alignment with shared assets, priorities and strategic direction.
  • Support successful execution of new product introductions by ensuring supply readiness and cross‑team collaboration.
