The Director of Strategy has the responsibility to oversee strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and support the company's long-term success through informed decision-making and operational efficiency. This role involves developing, planning, and adjusting the organization's strategic and long-term objectives across all company levels, as well as identifying new market growth opportunities. The Director of Strategy manages the Technology Office (IT Projects, Data Management and IT Support), Project Management Office, Strategy Team (Strategic Analytics and Continuous Improvement) and the Customer Service Team (Customer Service, Order Management and Claims).
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Business Administration) is required.
- 10+ years of total work experience
- at least 2 years in management consulting
- 5+ year managing people, preferably experience managing large groups.
Nice To Haves
- An MBA is preferred.
