Director of Strategic Operations
About The Position
The Director of Strategic Operations contributes to AHF by providing targeted on-site support, driving data-informed restructuring efforts, and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance performance, expand funding opportunities, and strengthen community partnerships. The Director of Strategic Operations enhances the reputation of AHF by advancing the mission and operational stability of our nonprofit healthcare organization which also includes extensive regional travel, up to 75%, to ensure hands-on leadership at priority locations. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as the Director of Strategic Operations, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
