Snif is looking for a Director of Social Media to define, grow, and lead our multi-channel social presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and supplemental platforms. This role owns how Snif shows up on social media - from strategy and storytelling to execution and cultural relevance. As social is often a customerâs first touchpoint with Snif, itâs critical that our presence sets the tone and reflects our core brand values while pushing boundaries to deliver engaging, standout content. Youâll set the vision, develop a compelling and distinctive content strategy, and continuously evolve our platform approach to make Snif impossible to ignore in-feed. Social at Snif isnât just about posting or conversion - itâs a creative engine that translates the brandâs personality, educates our audience, and drives awareness. This is a high-visibility role for a confident leader who is imaginative, culturally fluent, organized, and analytically sharp. You will manage a mix of full-time and contract team members to execute content creation, community engagement, reporting, and more. This role reports directly to the Chief Brand Officer and partners closely with Creative, Marketing, Sales, and CX teams.
