What You’ll Do Strategic Vision, Excellence & Planning: Define our social roadmaps and execute progressive social and influencer marketing strategies that set industry benchmarks. Corporate Social Governance: Establish and manage a governance model that ensures alignment and consistency across the enterprise. Consumer & Customer Advocacy: Bring a human-centric approach to social and influencer efforts, creating authentic engagement with fans and priority segments. Community Management: Lead strategies and protocols that strengthen brand communities and enhance customer experience. Resource Management: Oversee agency partnerships and internal resources to deliver flawless execution and maximize impact. Impact & Results: Advance social analytics capabilities to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and inform future strategies.
