About The Position

As the Director of SEO, you will lead our SEO team and manage the growth and success of the SEO team. You will collaborate closely with C-Suite to ensure our vision is seamlessly integrated into every aspect of our SEO strategy.

Requirements

  • A minimum 3 years of SEO experience
  • A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
  • Experience managing a team of 15+ employees
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMRush, AdWords, YouTube, etc.
  • Deep technical understanding of the SEO industry and technologies
  • Experience troubleshooting complex website issues.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, agency environment.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse levels of digital marketing knowledge.
  • Executive presence with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, GChat).

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of related work experience with managing SEO Campaigns in-house or in an agency setting
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Experience in automotive, legal, and/or medical verticals
  • Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality product is being delivered for all clients enrolled in SEO products
  • Manage and motivate a growing team of 20+ in-office, remote, and offshore SEO analysts, strategists, content writers, and web developers.
  • Mentor and train teams on industry standards, company protocols, and best practices.
  • Drive personal growth and development among the SEO team through mentorship.
  • Craft and execute partner marketing strategies to drive growth
  • Develop comprehensive internal processes for seamless implementation across our portfolio
  • Provide expert guidance on SEO best practices and execution.
  • Implement scalable tracking solutions using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Foster a client-centric culture focused on continuous learning and growth
  • Educate CHD on SEO advancements to ensure Account Managers & Sales team effectively communicate our achievements and abilities
  • Boost departmental and company revenue through efficiency enhancements, strategic diversification, and support for new business opportunities.
