The Director of Sales (DOS) leads a regional sales team by developing and implementing sales plans to increase the number of new patients referred to the practice, thereby driving increased revenue. The Director of Sales creates these plans in collaboration with the Regional Vice President of Operations. These plans and budgeted referral volumes will be influenced by regular review of Monthly Referral Review (MRR) data set (detailed below). The DOS is directly responsible for the management and growth of their Physician Liaison team members. This is accomplished by ensuring accountability to effective use of the CRM system, execution of tactical objectives outlined by DOS based on MRR data, and maximizing the exposure and visibility of our practice within the healthcare profession and the communities we serve. In addition, it is expected that the Director of Sales interface with healthcare providers, leaders, and key decision makers as needed to effectively drive referral growth in their assigned territory. Requires exceptional organizational, communication, leadership, training, and time management skills.
