About The Position

Irontown Modular is seeking a Director of Sales to manage and oversee its sales team, which currently includes an SDR, Sales Coordinator, and two Sales Managers. This position is crucial for helping developers advance their new construction projects. The Sales Director's primary focus will be on managerial and technical consultation, encompassing strategic leadership, team management, and revenue growth, effectively bridging high-level strategy with practical sales execution. The company emphasizes that modular building sales are complex, high-value, and require human interaction that AI cannot replicate, highlighting the stability of the construction industry for housing needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in Regional Building Material Product Sales
  • Experience in Construction Services Sales
  • Experience in Architectural and Design Sales
  • Experience in Construction Software Sales
  • Experience in Other Related SAAS Sales
  • Experienced in and able to help developers move forward with their new construction projects

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategic plans to achieve sales revenue goals.
  • Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and KPIs for the team.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards to adapt positioning.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and representatives.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new sales talent.
  • Motivate the team.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Manage the sales budget and resources.
  • Ensure the sales process supports a seamless customer journey.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
