About The Position

FOREVER is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead the FOREVER Ambassador Sales team, drive revenue growth, and lead Ambassador related events for our rapidly growing company. Reporting to our CEO, this role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who will drive results and thrive in a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and motivating our +2,500-member contract sales team, with FOREVER Ambassadors located across the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology or another relevant field required.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in a Sales leadership role, preferably in a B2C or consumer tech environment with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Experience developing, planning, and managing events to educate and manage a salesforce in a consumer-focused environment.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM tools, sales analytics, and event management platforms. (e.g. Salesforce or equivalent) to derive insights and inform decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and motivating team leadership style.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate vision clearly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Define, Develop, and Execute Sales Plans: On a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, work with Executive Level Ambassadors, as well as Marketing, Product Management, and Company leaders to develop and implement B2C focused sales plans that deliver significant ongoing growth for the Company and Ambassadors in the field.
  • Grow the Ambassador Force: Listen to and work with Ambassadors at all levels to determine needs and characteristics of successful Ambassadors and then develop and execute plans to attract and retain many new Ambassadors who become successful.
  • Train and Educate Ambassadors: Partner and align with Marketing and Product Management on campaigns, promotions, and new product launches with associated sales target, and develop and manage training and sales materials so that Ambassadors are confident and can successfully “go to market” with existing and new FOREVER products and services.
  • Lead Ambassador Team: Lead, coach and manage sales team with a sharp focus on goals, KPIs, training and development. Ensure sales targets are clearly communicated to Ambassadors. Obtain input from Ambassadors as well as our internal Marketing and Product teams to develop sales training, and consumer facing sales materials that are effective, consistent, updated and delivered through the FOREVER Ambassador “back-office” site.
  • Influence Ambassador Compensation and Rewards: Listen to feedback from Ambassadors and work with the Executive and Sales Analytics teams to refine and optimize Ambassador compensation and rewards to create the best possible incentives for Ambassadors and results for the Company.
  • Lead Event Strategy and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of in-person and virtual training and recognition events that drive brand awareness, new client acquisition and sales growth. Plan events that will promote engagement and cohesion across the Ambassador salesforce.
  • Manage Event Operations: Track and maintain event budgets, costs, timelines, vendors, and logistics. Measure post event ROI, attendance, and sales impacts. Partner with Marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging and content at all events.
  • Manage Stakeholder Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for all Sales related updates, presenting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster Innovation and Growth: Gather feedback from the “Ambassador Field” for product improvements and new products. Stay up to date on memory industry trends. Have a point of view and communicate to the Product and Executive teams. Also push for opportunities to improve the performance and management of our Ambassador Force using AI And other innovations.
  • Mentor and Influence Teams: Act as a leader within the organization, inspiring cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
