Requirements

  • 5-8 years of residential sales experience, including team leadership or management.
  • Proven success managing homeowner-focused sales and high-volume lead follow-up.
  • Strong coaching and motivational skills with a focus on accountability and results.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience using CRM tools and analytics to track performance and optimize results.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a regional residential sales team focused on homeowner acquisition and retention.
