The Sales Director is a strategic and results-driven leader that will support our growth and expansion. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for continuing the building of our book of business with new logos by growing and managing your Sales Team! You possess extensive knowledge of the HR industry, workflows, processes and the ability to communicate the differentiated value of our platform. You will be leading a team of Account Executives in the Mid market (250 ee’s-1000 ee’s) and will be working closely with our Sales Engineering department. You are a forward-thinking, collaborative, creative leader who is passionate about growing their team at a company that’s changing what people thought HR could do. Note: We will only consider candidates located in the NYC Metro Area and/or Boston Area who are able to come to our NYC office as needed.
