What You Will Do: Lead and inspire a team of Sales and Event professionals—guiding performance, coaching growth, and ensuring alignment with Atrium’s core values. Drive revenue by generating new group leads and building strong client relationships through proactive outreach, site visits, and negotiations. Collaborate with the General Manager and Director of Revenue Management to shape the hotel’s pricing and inventory strategies as part of the Revenue Strategy Team. Act as the property’s marketing lead—owning the look, feel, and message across social media, digital, print, and third-party sites (unless a shared services team supports the property). Provide financial oversight of the sales department, including budgeting, forecasting, and participating in financial reviews. Serve as the primary liaison with Enterprise Sales and stay involved in the community to enhance hotel visibility and partnerships.
