Beau Ridge at Oxford Farms, Oxford’s only independent senior living community, is looking for an energetic, creative & caring person to join our leadership team as our Director of Sales and Marketing! This is more than a sales & marketing position - it’s an opportunity to guide families through one of life’s most important decisions while building meaningful partnerships in the Oxford community. Requirements

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (senior living or healthcare is a plus)
  • A natural ability to connect with people and build trust
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A positive, compassionate approach and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva and CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective residents and their families through the move-in journey with care and compassion
  • Lead community tours and sales conversations
  • Work with the Executive Director to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve occupancy goals
  • Build strong relationships with local professionals and referral partners
  • Keep track of sales activity and use insights to continuously improve results
  • Work closely with leadership team members to ensure smooth, welcoming move-ins and transitions
  • Maintain organized records and complete marketing reports
  • Represent our community at local events and marketing opportunities
  • Help plan and coordinate events for residents, families and prospects
  • Stay connected with local organizations and support groups
  • Set the tone for professionalism, kindness and hospitality in every interaction
  • Help ensure all team members are prepared to warmly welcome guests while they are visiting the community
