The Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center is seeking a Director of Rooms to lead all Front Office and Housekeeping operations across our hotel and convention center. This is an executive leadership role for an individual who has a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences while fostering a positive and productive work environment. How you will make an impact: Develop and implement an operational strategy for Rooms aligned with the brand's business objectives, enhancing efficiency and guest satisfaction. Ensure effective and consistent communication within the Rooms department through regular meetings and updates to convey departmental goals and desired outcomes. Identify key drivers of business success and prioritize critical initiatives to guide Rooms leadership in achieving objectives and making informed decisions. Create and maintain an atmosphere in all Rooms areas that consistently exceed guest expectations.
